The program
Includes highly customized workout plans, weekly meal plans based on YOUR food preferences, a food journal with photo upload capability for tracking nutrition habits and receiving online feedback from your coach, along with a pantry tracker and shopping list creator as well as a habit tracker for improvement through accountability. You will have direct communication with your personal coach through our convenient MFL mobile app.
The meal plan
After you enroll, you will choose between one of several meal plan paths: Balanced, lactose-free, gluten-free, or vegetarian that are all in alignment with the Mediterranean Fasting Lifestyle approach. Your personal coach will teach you how to best integrate foods into your lifestyle and add variety as you progress. Meal plans are calorie appropriate and tailored to your personal food likes and dislikes so you will always look forward to your meals, rather than feeling as if you are on a “diet.”
The program includes a meal app that you can access on your mobile phone or other device, which will allow you to select new recipes to try out. You can also have groceries delivered to you direct from our app at either your home or office for added convenience.
The workout plan
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your exercise history. From there, your personal coach will create a customized workout plan for you to follow. The workout plan will be accessed on our handy MFL app through your phone or other device. Your workouts and exercises will be reviewed and updated by your personal coach on a weekly basis, so you are always monitored for the best possible results.
